What sits outside a standard survey

A run that is completely blocked — A camera cannot see through silt. If a run is fully blocked it has to be cleared before it can be surveyed. Tell us when you ring and we will arrange it, or use anyone you like — we do not mark it up either way.
A property well outside WA3 — We cover WA3 and the WA1 edge at Woolston and Martinscroft at the published price. Further out we will quote the travel before you book, or tell you honestly that somebody closer is the better call.
Unusually large or complex sites — A large plot with many access points takes longer than an hour, and we would rather price it properly up front than rush it. Describe the property when you ring and you will get a number on the phone.
